i think we'd need to decide on what kind we want: 4pt, 5pt, brand, etc
i think we could expect 50-100 for 4pt and 100-150 for 5pt. of course, that depends on the number and brand

well i need 2 harnesses just for my self...i think 4pt is adequate for pretty much anythin isnt it? i dont know what the regulations are but i believe thats all you need to run for lets say high 10s low 11s?

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

Ok, Looks like harnesses are a good one. What brand are you guys looking for? We can do Sparco, Corbeau, Takata. The Sparco and the Corbeau are basically the same thing. Corbeau has a nice retractable 3 point. In 4 point they are basically the same. Give me some input on brand and I will try to get this rolling for you.

Just a note for any of you planning on running 11s at the drag strip.

4 pt harnesses are not legal. They have to be 3" wide 5 pt harnesses that are SFI approved with a label. They also expire every two years.

Most all the Corbeau and Sparco belts are not SFI approved nor are they 3" wide belts. RJS is about the most reasonably priced legal harness.

the key word here is most. Sparco does make belts that are both 3" and SFI approved. As far as not as cheap as RJS......... They are not. If you want a dirt track type belt, then the RJS is the way to go. IF you want a comfortable belt with an eazy to use latch, used by some of the most popular Formula One, IndyCar, and Sports Car teams. Then the Sparco is for you. If this GB takes off. Everyone will have the option to go with regular 2" belts or the SFI 3" belts, something RJS does not have.

For those of you wanting the 3" SFI belts or the regular 2" belts. PM me so I can see if we have enough intrest to make this happen. Price will depend on how many people are willing...... Once we see if there is a sufficient amount, we will hit up a few more of our stores and ask them to do the same. We will see how many people we can get in on this. By the looks of it I might need some myself...

If we can get more intrest on rims we can do that too. But it will have to be all from the same manufacture to get a really good deal. If a few people can settle on what manufacture they want then we can do it.
