Yeah well I offered the guy $1800 for that SR20DET 240 on MNSC and told him I could come down friday night and pick it up, but to much avail... its gonzo this afternoon and im guessing for what I offered.
I want a 240 but I dont want to spend $3000 for a rusty peice of shit like most of them are going for.

If that is the CRX I am thinking it is it isn't worth even 1,000. I talked to the kid earlier this year, he didn't know if it was first gen or second gen or the trim level he also said "it's got some b something engine in it." If it is that same kid the car is a pile of crap.

Ill go take a look at it tomorrow... ill check the engine for numbers and see if its a real B16... Also check out the rest of the car make sure its alright. If its decent maybe he will let me take it to get compression checked on it and what not.
Who knows it could be a daimond in the rough.

$2500 is alot of cash for most swapped crx's. I would try to talk him down $300-400 bucks unless its in real good shape. Test drive it as much as possable. -
Oh I wont touch it for $2500... im going to offer maybe $2200... he said its in good shape no rust at all its a 90... 5-speed blah blah. Im going to check it out.
If its in decent shape without anything major needing to be done to body except a few dings here and there im going to prolly try and grab it for $2200 if he can tell me a decent amount about the car. I dont want a swapped B16 with a million miles on it or something thats going to shit out on me in a week.

i've seen the car and talked to the guy and the car is a pos, i've beat him in a race for him havong a b16. and he beat's the living piss out of it too. Oh yeah and my pms are working just fine.
