Turbo'd blue rsx
-
Shane at tintmasters told me that they were working on a blue rsx to turbo and to install hids into awhile ago. said it was sitting in the shop for awhile. dont know too much about it other than that.

The RSX had been here for most of the winter...kinda courtesy to Brandon Stensland as it is useless on snow/ice. He bought the car and brought it to us right after he got it cause it wasn't running right.... The mess started there. After finding that there was a BUNCH of wires cut and just hanging by the ecu, we knew we were in for a fun one. We eventually found that the kit that was installed was missing the greddy emanage, had a smoked ecu, had major issues with injectors, and had to fab piping for the turbo kit for him, along with other minor here and there parts (gauges, etc...). Basically the previous owner had a bunch of stuff done to it, left some of the turbo kit components, and tore out the easily 'ebayable' parts, then dumped it off to poor Brandon. He finally go it on the dyno and now has the joy of driving a wheel spinning champ! haha BAD @$$ car!

and now he beats the fuck out of it since he got it back on saturday so it will be back at tintmasters soon im sure!
-
so what did it dyno at??
-
that is not a question we will answer unless he wants that to be public knowledge. I can tell you it is set up at 6psi. Plan on running 9. We just let it go at 6 so he could have some time with it. Also to see if it is going to have any drivability problems before we boost it up. With the condition this car came in we didn't want to over do it until we knew the car runs/drives well.

A little bird told me 240 whp.
-
240whp??? they have 200 stock
-
thats 200 at the crank, they have around 175 whp stock.
-
shit never thought about that...yeah thats true.

At a 11:1 comp ratio, it doesn't take much at all to increase power by flowing more air into it.
