Can you find out anything about a person by getting their license plate info? Because there is this stupid bitch that drives a white van and i have her license info but i dont know if i can find out any more. Not saying i want to do anything, just want to find out her name, because shes a rude asshole bitch skank whore and deserves to be run off the road. [/rant]

um idk about that one man, maybe if your a real good friend with a cop they might be able to give you that info.

there's a software/webpage info package available at several places on the net, do searches for "personal detective" and stuff like that. it all comes down to how much you hate this person's actions, because i think it will cost close to $50 to get this info legitimately
