There was a guy that ended up killing himself because of the computer game Everquest ( I played it for 4 1/2yrs its pretty addicting but I still managed to get out of the house and drink some beers every weekend ). Apparently the game gave him a false sense of reality and he kinda got that stuck in his head... made him realize his day to day life sucked, quit his job, played for 2 weeks straight, probably ran out of money and ended up shooting himself.

Basically people that do shit like this have severe mental problems. I would have unplugged his computer and thrown the fucker out the window if it was my dad. Stupid kid and his wife are the ones responsible for letting him do that to himself.
