Well I aint getting into this is better or thats better. Just please pass my message along to anyone you ride with, cuz its way more fun riding with more people.
Cuz who ever buys it will keep up with any quad I gurantee it, if not pass them. In fact sunday I'm going to wheelie this bitch some more once the wedding is over. HA! -
I have a couple of ATV magazines here saying the Predator is the most race ready quad on the market. They are legal to drive right off the showroom floor and race in any race that doesnt require a 450cc or less machine.
How is it heavy? 415lbs is not that heavy for a quad... and id like to see your little 250r outcorner, out jump, and out run me. Im going to have it in town this weekend cause after my classes saturday ill be going out riding.
See its people like you that give the predator a bad name... people that think the japs are the only ones that can make a good quad. Hate to say it but polaris is the #1 selling 4-wheeler in the world. The japs dont have shit on any of polaris' other machines they only rival them in the sport market... and not for long. No one else has the pro steering set up that polaris does... they have the patent for it. Also the predator is quicker out of the box than any other quad because it transfers weight when you launch it so it wont stand up as easy as another quad meaning it grabs the ground and goes.
Trust me read some articles about it and you will find out. Its not the best on the market but its god damn close, and YES ITS THE MOST RACE READY FROM THE FACTORY... meaning without aftermarket mods.

I have a 2001 Banshee with Toomey Racing T-5 pipes, and it seems faster in a straight line than a Predator. I didnt ride the Predator too much but it seemed like it handled pretty good. Banshees dont handle that great, but the powerband is incredible, almost nothing like it! IMO but I like to sound of the 2-strokes better, especially with dual pipes, they really rip.

i will agree that polaris is the #1 selling atv, but it has nothing to do with the Predator, they are known for workers, and trail riders not racing, like the Japs

i might know of someone i will talk to him about it, tell him to take a look at it, the sad thing is his would be nicer than mine
Well if you buy it you can snake some parts off it if you want
Oh and I cant seem to find the stock wheels, just the front tires for some reason. They seemed to have gotten lost during the Roadsounds move. I will see if they have them, chances are they dont now. -
hey i was wonderin whats the lowest you will go on your quad?

The predator is FAR FAR Of the pace for a race quad. This is not nick posting this is Mike on his account. All the pro racing is 450cc or less. It is called pro production so the polaris cannot even race against the other real race quads. As for the predator having all adjustable shocks front and rear that really does no good cause to actually make something "race ready" you have to make it wider with wider a arms and then you need new shocks anyways so you jsut wasted all that money for there great shocks when you buy new ones. The predator is a fun quad but no racer. I am the owner of the 250r that was talked about and I have no problem showing you what it can do vs the predator.
