Try Tires Plus in Fergus Falls.
I think someone on this board works there can't remember his name though been such a long time.

Tires plus in fargo is really cheap too. its on 13th. I think i payed $40.00 for 4 tires and that was to take them off the old rim and to mount and balance on the new rims.

I went there and they said they couldn't do my rims last time. These rims are smaller though, so it should work. Thank you. -
why wouldnt they be able to do your rims....there machines work up to like a 24 inch rim and like 12 inches wide.

Im not to familiar with Fargo but you could try a Goodyear maybe they would do it for cheep.
