Projector Headlights!! Which Ones?

Im hoping to get some new Projector's and want a few oppinions on which ones i should go with. I dont have too much to spend on them but i still want quality headlights.

I'm assuming you have a prelude, what year? That would probably help in determining whats available. If you're gonna go projector, might as well get HID projectors right away.
