I just bought a 96 talon Esi and its really bouncy the guy said he lowered it, and it just bounces way to much. If i go 30 down 2nd Ave it feels like it is bottoming out. Is this normal, how can i get it fixed, and how much will it cost.

Bouncing is a very common characteristic for cheaply lowered cars.

Replace the springs and possibley the struts with something a bit higher quality.

Tein S-Tech Springs will run you in the range of $150 and will eliminate your bouncing problems (unless your struts are blown)

^^that or the struts could be so shot that nothing beyond the springs is absorbing the bounce.

or you could just pull the shock/spring out.... and look at it yourself... if there is debris/gunk all over it, it's probably from the shock being blown...

of if you take the spring off the strut, and can compress it with your hands it's blown.
