The only problem w/ this town is that 75% of the town is too into their streetglow, LED pissers, and big wings to even think of making a respectable video. I guarntee if you make a video w/ a bunch of cars w/ neon, LED pissers, big wings, etc. you will get flamed for it. Personally Fargo is making a slow change for the better where more people are getting into performance but it is taking way to long. I dont mind some of the cars w/ the body kits and wings, some are done very cleanly and look really good but the majority is overly ricey and just plain fugly. Let alone the 75% are lucky to even break a 15 sec 1/4.

Possible Shots:

Overpass from i29 -> i94, have a ground shot, with the camera facing up, and then a line of cars just tear ass over it.

Have a line of cars, and in the front car taping backwards, each car guns it when they are at hte front toward the first car and then turn quick and pass him.

Also have two cars side by side, one taping, and then the other one just drops a gear and zooms by.

At the beginning do an introduction of the cars (if it ends up being small enough), Redline style but improved, have a car and tape in a circle around it, then speed the tape up.

Start the video up with a huge ricer rev, and somebody's loud BOV on a black screen.

i've got like a 83 JVC video VCR camcorder. Its the one where you literally, attach a VCR onto the video camera, and record it onto a VHS tape. It's pimp shit!

I'd say get a couple of camera's with different shots and put them all together...and edit shots and shit like thaat.
