WTB Beater/Track car

Like the title says, I am looking for a track car/beater. I would like to find a honda or acura. I would only like to spend up to about 500-600 for it. Body can look like shit, interior can be shit too, just needs to run and drive great.

There is a 90 mustang up here that I know of. Its red and in great shape, there is something wrong with the 4 cyl engine tho, and it dies sometimes. Great candidate for a small block chevy swap for cheap. I think he is asking $200 for the car.

rents wont let me "wreck it" they are retards. but i want one so if something breaks, i wont be completely pissed off and not have a vehicle to drive while its getting fixed.
