hows it going. My name is Dallas and I am from Minot, soon to be moving to Fargo for college. Been on NA for a while now, just thought I would check the site out.

the car is almost completed. The swap actually has just begun. The motor is on the cherry picker ready to go in. The motor has about 30,000 KM (18,000 mi.) on it. So it should be in great condition. I bought the car from a kid who blew up the stock motor. It had 50K miles on it when it was blow, hence the mileage as it sits. I bought it with 17 inch Primax wheels and the OEM hydro tranny. I sold the tranny and the wheels and broke even on the car. Worst part is.....he painted every part of the inside white and blue....EVERY PART! So for the past 5 months or so, this thing has been a project. Just starting to get things wrapped up. Got all new interior including dash, door panels, carpet, suede headliner and door inserts, and any other plast piece inside the car. Working on the body work right now for a new paint job. Same color to save time and money so I dont have to do jams. I got some pics of when I first got the car, and then during the deconstruction and I will soon get some finished pics

some guy in Bottineau owned it before me. His name slipped my mind. Its been quite an experience restoring this car from the shell up. I havn't decided where I am working yet.......Roadsounds is an option though!
