I'll let my roommate know, he's big into guns and competition shooting around the area. He knows most all the dealers in down for that stuff.

my friends dad owns valley gun and pawn.. so ill let him know too. i dont know anything at all about guns, so is there anything special they should be looking for... or is it just a pretty rare gun?

He had to wait a while to get it. I have only seen one for sale in Fargo in my life, but I never really looked that hard. It's basically a civilinized M16....I think. Here is a picture....not too many people have them.
