Video Camera Help

Anyone ever cleaned a video camera before? Mine has been good to me for 2 years and finally needs a good dusting. They want 200 bucks at best buy! i'de pay probably up to 50, but i'de do it myself, if i needed to. I want to start my video, but am having trouble without working equiptment.
