          again i agree. if someone has problems taking off 2 nuts, how are they going to be able to fabricate everything to get this project running?

            they were rusted on since 89. the only thing i did wrong was wait to long to take the grinder off the bench and cut away. I am not fabricating the frame, everything else, i am very confident that i should be able to do.

                                ok i know you already solved the axle nut problem but, you could have heated it up real good and then held wax from a candle the the end of it, i know you may be thinking im a crackhead, but this work because the wax gets sucked into the threads and then your impact would have worked fine

                                  I've never heard that wax trick before and yeah it sounds really dumb, but oddly it also sounds like it might work.
