People started to return the discs so that aol would have to pay for disposal of them, when they came in the mail of course, no onw wanted to spend money on them.

im permanently banned from AOL forever.

I was in some chat room like 4 years ago and I told some kid i'd kill him(in a game) but the lil shit deleted the game part out so it it looked like" Id kill you" so Terms of Service(TOS) banned me. Well i dont think it was fully because of that, because I had about 6 other incidents with TOS and the 7th was like a full on ban.

probably did my family a favor by getting us kicked off of AOSuck

Most of us boycotted them even before we tried them.

Damn, you got some pretty hip grandparents and stuff to even know how to use the internet, heh.

Anyways, AOL, yeah, don't use it.

Before broadband, Aol was the best ISP out there. The convenience for people that were internet illiterate made it very user friendly. Everything was right there for you and you had everything at your disposal.
