TB gasket sealent?

Jeremy told me the name of some stuff I should put on my TB gasket when I put on my FMIC but I forgot the name of it. Does anyone know the name of it? It is supposed to seal great.

Well when he pulled off the TB elbow there was some black runbbery shit holding it on along with a gasket.
