Ok i'm going to defend dustin here. Who the hell said he was roomates with anybody? If it's anybody business he still lives with his parents. Ok, police do jack shit about stolen property in Fargo. I have dealt with them more than once about stolen property and all they can do is look in pawn shops. The police will just basically say "too bad man, that sucks."

Yeah maybe when they have no evidence. You are saying that you seen certain people in the area around the time of the theft. If the cops know this info they will investigate. Hell if i seen somebody near my car when something got stolen i would follow them while on the phone to the police.

First off, just to clarify, I have no problems with Dustin and have never met him personally.

Second, apparently you haven't read the other threads in here regarding people that have had their stuff stolen or been harassed. Read jims thread from a while back about how his car was keyed, spit on, he was pushed and the cops didn't do shit even though he knew exactly where the people were.

yeah im gonna have to not agree w/ u on this one i actually witnessed my door being closed and the vehicle driving off and also decribed the vehicle and persons in it and well the local law inforcement did jack fucking shit!

this kind of explains why these kind of thefts are still happening, if i were to rob a bank and didnt get caught i would more then likely do over and over again! if there is no punishment for a crime is it really a crime?

something must really be done here even if what might be done is "illegal"

Like I said in a previous thread. Some vigilante justice would probably fit in right about now. You know, "An eye for an eye", or "An eye for a A.F.C" or "An arm for an A.F.C. etc", you get the picture. If you get caught stealing in other countries they either cut off your hands or fingers. Now I dont think it should be that drastic. But, a well positioned breakage here and there might do the trick.
