how would you drive it into the pool without momentum carrying it into the opposite side? the pic just looks a little too fake for me, but the story makes up for it.

how? well based on the fact that water doesn't compress, once the nose of the vehicle plunged into the water the water would push back on it and slow it tremendously at which point the vehicle would go to the other side, in fact it may go backwards a bit as the waves push back on it. Then as the vehicle cabin starts to fill it would pull the rest of the van into the water, eventually submerging the vehicle completely.

Wouldn't the vehicle be leaking some sort of fluid?

Isnt all fluid sealed in its respective compartments?

also, swimming pools have filters that skim the top of the water to remove contaminants. Since oil/tranny fluid is lighter than water it would float to the top and be sucked into the filters.

we all know its real, but how clean was this suv if the water looks crystal clear fromt hat shot. like tires contracting mud would make the water look more like the red river.

they shoulda showed some shots of them gettin the suv outta the pool to, unless theyre keepin it there for the kids to play in?

not everyone with an suv gets it dirty and some well never even see gravel.
