ICU/Ignitor?

Concerning the distributor on my 94 honda accord, could the ICU be considered the same as the ignitor? I've done a web search and I've seen both names used on parts that look identical and theres a big price difference between the two. I just want get things straightened out because it's seems mildly confusing to me

if there are two different prices that means there are two different part numers. Two different part numbers means there are two different parts in which to number. Two different parts in which to number means there are two different parts.
