It's funny to hear about DSMs in other parts of the country with "tons" of upgrades that are still running 12s or 13s. I guess we just have smarter people around here that know how to make them quicker.

I was pretty happy with my times, best this weekend was 11.5 @ 126 and an 11.6 @ 129. I think my best 60ft I cut all day was like a 1.89 or something. Sucks I couldn't get a goo 60' with that 129 trap, that should have been knocking on the 10 sec door damn it.

There's idiots everywhere, trust me. One of the guys on my site has a 1G TSi that ran a 13.08 on a stock turbo, and a failing fuel pump. His car has been down for mainly tranny work, and yesterday was the first he ran it, then the fuel problems came in. He's got 12s in it. Not everyday you see 12s on a TSi with stock turbo.

we seem to put out alot of fast DSM's around here. seems like more in the past. last year was a good year tho. My brothers 11.2 DSM and nate's 10.8 DSM just to name a few. I was kinda disapointed i couldnt get my DSM out there but i probably would have just gotten mad at it and probably would have broke. But it seems there are a few people who ran really good this weekend. I believe some got there best ET's ever and i saw some good times out of others. seemed like all the DSM's were broken down by the end of the day. Over all it looked like a good day to me and i wish i could have raced. Can't wait till next year to see what i can do.
