alright i need some feedback because im pissed. im walking to class today at about 10 oclock and i see something written on the sidewalk in chalk....."NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY". HONESTLY WHAT THE FUCK......me being a student i cant even have CHRISTMAS break...its "WINTER" break because we dont want to offend anyone...this is bullshit, is it just me or does society almost make it seem that being straight is bad or not even the norm anymore. you see all this debate about not excluding or offending anyone and i (being a straight american) cant even turn around without being hit in the face with some homosexual pro active group saying that all they get is descrimination and harrasment. heres a solution dont start every sentence with IM GAY AND PROUD. im not saying if its bad or not but keep that out of my face, i dont agree with it and people walking around with pink stickers that say " GAY IS THE WAY" are not going to change my mind. ANYONE ELSE GET HEATED ABOUT THIS KINDA STUFF?? POST IT UP CAUSE I HAVE TO KNOW THAT THIS DOESNT JUST BOTHER ME.

I think his point was how they are throwing being gay in our face and then feel discriminated.........if you had an anti gay march that would be wrong and if there was a gay pride march that is ok...........

Now I dont want to be seeing this in public....

but if you had a straight pride march that didn't say anything bad/offensive towards gays you would be ok too...if you had an "Anti-Straight" march, there'd be legal issues much like and "Anti-Gay" march would produce.

Chuck you have a valid point, you can argue both sides on almost every issue. Who cares what people choose to believe in or the lifestyles they take. I just think he felt it pushed upon him......anyways stupid thread so it is closed.
