Head south on Cty Rd 17 (this is the horace road, south of W.F.)
Turn right (west) at the Sleepy Hollow Road about 1/2 mile north of Horace. you'll actually see a sign pointing to the gun range
Drive about 4m west
Head north at the sign that reads 'gun range'
About 1/2 up the road on the west (left) side. can't miss itI think its $5 to shoot there...

If Crystal Sugar wasn't such a bitch the Moorhead Rod and Gun club up north woulda been a good option, although you need a membership to shoot there, $30 i believe it is though im not sure since im still a minor and don't need it if im with my dad.
I know of one other one down about 15 miles east of fergus close to Pickerel Lake in Otter Tail county too but i dont know how far you're willing to travel.

casselton has a free range, it has a shelter and I think alittle over a 100yards of range with 4-6 burms
other then that there is a free one down my moorton, no shelter
and there is one in moorhead somewhere.my roommate is big into guns so we go shooting alot, I've pretty much learned all the ranges thanks to him. but I suggest casselton, it's a nice little range and it's free

Well, I live in South Fargo right now. Right off 32nd ave. Basically looking for something close. I dont really know the area all that well right now. I was pretty big into coyote, fox, and bobcat hunting when I lived in Minot. Any of you guys do that around here or know where some areas are that aren't posted and what not? Just been itchin' to get back out and do some hunting lately.

there is one in jamestown, i deer hunt up there. this year i'm going out by pettibone deer hunting though. there is a lot of land around pipestem you can use to go coyote and fox hunting. not many bobcats around here though. most of those are out west i think.
