Pettitte and Clemens both have tons of World Series experience, which few, if any, of the White Sox pitchers have. Oswalt showed how dominant he can be last night. Backe is no slouch either.

and the sox pitching staff was 4-1 in the ALCS, with a 1.3 ERA or somethin and was 2/3 innings away from pitching 4 straight complete games.

dont give me that Pettitte and Clemens have world series experience. Both were on the 01 team that lost to the diamondbacks who had never been to the world series, both were on the 03 team who lost against the Marlins who NEVER ever had world series expereince. thats an overrated statistic. Plus Konerko is hitting the ball lights out. Where as Houstons big hitter, Ensberg is hitting like .140 or somethin shitty like that.

Good points. I'll still take Houston, though.
