When did he say it was copyrighted? There are many instances in which several companies have the same names but are in diff states. There is no law against that that I am aware of. If there were, then fargo/grandforks' Tintmaster would have problems w/ other companies that are called tintmasters. For example www.tintmasters.net and www.tintmasters.com are not the same company, though they have the same name. Same with www.westcoastcustoms.com and www.westcoastcustoms.net.

haha well no shit those guys are black...thats why them make all trucks and everything...i've actually been there this last summer...but i had thought of Mid-West Customs before i was there...i took it from West Coast Customs Too since we are in the Mid-West just changed that...and there is no law there are alot of the same places in different states...i got a bunch of engine accesories for my car from a Type R Motorsports in Florida..and there is one in ND.

That was GD that had the racist comment last time. I don't "think" this guy meant it as that in this post, but his wording sucked horribly. Actually it sounded more stereotypical than racist IMO.

wow just beucase i said a black guy owns that mid-west customs...i think you guys are stereotypical and racist just for thinking that...and for the record i lived with 2 black guys and black girl for about 4 years and am good friends with them so maybe you should learn what the word racist means before you say i am racist...did i say some fucking NI**ER owns that place ...NO!

I was just saying it sounded stereotypical the way you said the above sentence, making it "SOUND" to me like all that black guys are interested in is trucks. Certainly the media (TV, magazines, etc...) tend to show the african american rappers/football players/basketball players/etc... in pimped out SUV's and trucks, but I'm sure there are plenty that are into cars too.
