it was said earlier.. edit and right before this..its an attitude. you drive an mx6 (not saying thats bad)so you have to remember that everytime you wake up in the morning. its not a 4 second rail car and its not an ezo so dont drive and act like its one.

no big wings or exhaust exeeding 4in unless..

          your name is dave
          you require a parachute
your turbo is larger then your steering wheel
you take it off and shoot potatoes from it in your spare time
youve lost a bet in which case it should have leds on it as well

Getcher green hat, we are goin fishin.

my favorite is when people put the name of thier car's name on thier windshield... i still havn't figured that one out, The best one i saw was an early 90's "CUTLASS" , across the top.

Well here's my take on what I call a ricer:

People with a fart can that think its cool to drive around in a low gear, making the engine rev higher, thus more annoying exhaust, when they pass you it sounds like a weed wacker just flew by.

Someone who stomps on the gas as soon as the light turns green at every light.

And one I hate a lot is someone who tries to race everyone in town, from some old fart in a corvette to a old lady in a metro, there seems to always bee 1 guy out there that wants to race everyone.

Since I had a camaro, I had guys 2 or 3 times a day, rev ther engines at me, try to race me, or fly by me at dangerous speeds with weed wacker exhaust.

And probally the worst of all, ugly vinyl graphics and stupid wings. Now I have nothing against either one if done right, but fast and furious graphics or a giant manufacture name or logo that covers half the car is horrible. Wings can be done right and wrong, if its aluminum and it serves no purpose other than looks, thats bad, but if its fiberglass and goes with the lines of the car and is suttle will be fine, but nothing as big as what you would find on a airplane.

And 1 more, people who paint interior trim wierd colors and think it looks cool, wire their car lighting and other crap with speaker wire, use duct tape to hold any parts on the car, have gauges that don't work or serve any purpose, install racing seats just for the heck of it, fake roll bars, wearing 5 pont harnesses while driving to the grocery store, etc....

Well if any of you fit these catigories, I will call you a ricer. 🙂

Rice is a state of mind as well as a state of car, and is adjusted accordingly.

                        So I agree with attitude.

Well I would say they use duct tape for a reason on the track, I don't think you would see any of those guys driving there regular car ont he street though with duct tape on it. 🙂

Speaking of duct tape I saw a s10 blazer yesterday that had the windshield duct taped in, now thats stupid.

mine has a bit of ricer in it between the gold trimed chrome rims and web site address on the back window... plus I have a bit of old school with the skull shifter.. yet a bit of clean with having the factory sport ground effects and interior package as the only exterior look changes (yes with a small wing that flows with the lines of the car)

BIG RICER: a pink with lots of glitter in the paint eclips with MN plates i seen yesterday... big goddy ground effects package... huge wine that was possibly an aluminum wing also painted pink... i almost hit the power window switch and to throw up.... I just hope it was a women with it, it's really the only way to explain the neon pink looks like it crashed through a glitter factory paint job
