thanks for the bump...95 and 96 have the same 1/4 mile time if im not mistaking. They are also the fastest of the older caddies too (as we know, the brand new ones really haul...im talking 2000 and before give or take) however, 96 the car had a bit of a face lift compared to the 95

yeah, a small facelift and the interior changed a little as well when they moved the HVAC controls to the center console from the dash.

is the suburban fatory turbo with banks turbo kit or just a banks turbo? how big is the exhaust

its a full banks turbo kit...the original owner of the truck was Monte Hall. the owner of Hall GMC. the kit was put on the truck with around 10k miles on it...im not sure on the size of the exhaust. but it's dualed out with chrom tips out the back. its just for looks though. it has a quiet muffler on it.

also, speaking of the surburban...i challenge anybody to find a 91 in as good of shape as this one. it is honestly the cleanest older style that ive ever seen myself. (i know its useless w/o pics...just had to mention it)

diesel isnt that even that loud with 5'' exhaust...its a different kind of loud

the turbo REALLY quiets it down...my dad ran a straight pipe for awhile and it wasnt even that loud...just enough where it was annoying going down the road...so he put a muffler on it...

we put lots of exhaust diesel and they're not really loud they just sound more and more like a jet. have yet to put a dual system on so wonder if the same is for them

a buddy of mine has straight pipes on his n/a 6.2 puckup and that thing is RETARDEDLY loud...he doesnt even have to hit the gas hard and its fuckin loud...soooo annoying

I know of a not so nice 1991 suburban with a banks turbo kit on it for sale for about $750!
It runs and drives though.

So even though you missed out on Torbs deal you can still pick up the aftermarket turbo burban of your dreams. Haha. See treimche for that hog.
