FS: 3Ghz Laptop w/ 768 Ram

Sounds like a hella good price Jim. I don't like the part about the battery lasting only 1.5hrs though. A laptop is not supposed to need to be plugged in all the time.

It's got a 3 ghz pentium 4, fast hard drive, powerful video card, and a big monitor... you can't expect battery life to be very good.

My mom has a 17" toshiba and that thing lasts like an hour tops....

Bump for an awsome laptop, too cheap for the specs. I had the same one with only 733mhz AMD 64 and 1gb of RAM, and that was pretty fast. To make clear of the life of the battery, mine had the same problem too, only last about an 1. My new Gateway last atleast 2 and a half hour, could it be a compaq glitch?
