Does anyone know of some nice apartments in the Fargo/West Fargo area that are pretty decent, have a nice garage, good location? A double garage would be nice.

I'm looking in the $500 - $600ish range, but there are so many places to look I don't know where to start and I will only have one day to go looking so any help is appreciated. I just need something for about 6 months before I get a house.

Evan's Place II behind Home Depot. I believe it was $555.00 plus utilities for a 2 bedroom with a 2 stall garage. Nice places. They were ripping out carpet and putting down fresh hardwood floors when I moved out last summer.

Thats where I live... 😛 The hardwood flooring and overhead microwave really set the place off nice....

call the property management companies (goldmark for instance - look in the yellow pages) and tell them what you want specifically. they can do a search showing what's available and then schedule some time to look at them. nothing wasted...

btw - drive a hard bargain, when I was moving from one house to another, i got 1 month free on a 6 month lease (paid for 5). don't settle for the free cable b/s...
