Porting isn't fun.

Im currently porting the exhaust side of my turbo and my 02 housing to try and get rid of my scary ass boost creep. After that I might do my exhaust manifold a bit too, depending on if I can figure out a way to get that 'hell nut' off (the one on the bottom right under the mount). So.. any suggestions on some music to listen to while I work?

You can enjoy music while porting? I normally listen to music while doing any kind of car work, but I can't hear it at all with ear plugs in and the grinding noises being right in my face.

porting is so much fun....

so far i have spent 2 hours on my manifold and now the wg is going to get redone cause im to lazy to acctuall do the rest, i had 1/8" of extra metal everywhere

oh yes, music can be enjoyed using a portable mp3 player and nice isolating can-style headphones. rock on. im using an electric die grinder and an assortment of carbide doublecut burr bits, and then to the dremel for polishing.

actually, it works pretty well, wise ass. i got the turbo housing done last night except for smoothing and expect to start on the o2 housing shortly. all you need to do is keep it lubed up with wd40 and it's like butter.
