Newer model BMW on 18's (at least) black w/ chrome lip meshies with a big lip in the back and lowered. Saw it down by Island park today parked near the bank. Anyone know them?

It's a black E46 M3 With 19in I-Forged wheels. I think it belongs to Mark Knutson.
