Fitzy stopped by this morning and helped (did most of) the wiring for the stand alone AEM Engine Management System along w/ the Ignition (AEM CDI). Thanks, Fitzy.
The next step is to figure out how to get the car to start - I'm guessing that's a big deal :roll: It wants to start, but just doesn't take...
Then get my hands on a W/B to tune it.....
Hopefully it'll be ready to go on the 14th :evil:

DaveH - I set up the TPS, and changed the MAP to 5 bar, but I still need to scale the fuel and ignition (copy it from another MAP - see my post on the aem forum). I'm not sure I have spark, but I have faith in Fitzy's wiring. That AEM CDI wiring was kinda complex and the online help from the forums wasn't the best, but we'll see how it turned out.
PSiedTSi - I'll let you know how the CDI works after I get the car running. AEM runs it on there 1400hp drag Civic so I'm hoping it will work w/ my "tired old mule"
Damn, this AEM software is cool. Complex, but pretty powerful and fun to play with....

I don't recall off hand exactly what i paid for the 4 channel C2DI system, but it was about half of the cost of the HKS DLI. I think it was aroun $275 maybe.
I can show you the EMS after I figure it out myself. DaveH and Nate Burgress (sp?) w/ the black Talon have it too.
