Only thing sexy about that car is the transmission. Props for building a auto that can take that abuse. Of course hes not the only one doing it.

Can someone please explain how that purpose built drag car can even be compared to a Veyron? They are night and day difference. Veyron is 100x cooler than that car. Anyone can build a drag car to go that fast, but not just anyone can buy a Veyron. /thread.

And for the record spec R, I guarentee that that car is not actually street legal. Hell a blow off valve makes a car illegal.

we all know the veyron is much sexyer and a better all around car but seriously to keep a car like that with that much power street legal is insane. also remember your comparing this to a car that costs around 10X as much. i would hope the veyron is better for the nice price you pay.

I didn't say anything about how much better of this old school ride is, compared to the Veyron and CCX. You guys are getting it all mixed up. I'm just saying it's faster and how much it's worth. With all the engineered, technologies, brand names, luxuries in those exotic cars, of course it's worth $1 million plus.
I agreed on the fact that you could build any car that can be fast based on if you have the $$$ or not. Shit, you could even get a 4 doors civic to run under 10s. This car was only made for speed but look at the quality. As you can see it isn't as top notch like those other exotic cars. IMO, the engine sounds like it's going to die any minute compares to how Ferrari & Lambos purrs. I just want to share a little something that some people could build and look like it would be interesting to share. But some of us are hating on others and being a smartass. Not to mention on any names coughwannabecough

How about I try to end the debate by stating that your whole point of this car being "faster" has no merit. It is definately "quicker", as indicated by the car's E.T., but i saw no indication of a top speed great than 180MPH or so. This is a far cry from the Veyron's 250 MPH +.
BTW, it is 100,000 pounds(not USD).
