    1976 Chevy K5- lifted beater
    1995 240sx- DDD, daily driven drifter
    1995 Eagle Talon- wire tuck,shaved bay.. project in the works
    2006 Honda CRF50-stunt machine

            B18C is JDM GSR and B18C5 = JDM type R...B18C6 = USDM type R (pretty sure)

            but yea...the dohc d-series is what's in the old teggies...116hp 86-87 and 118hp 88-89 if i'm not mistaking

                torbs there is no such thing as a b18c6. ur an idiot. no jdm motors came with numbers at the end... I already told u this repeatedly like 6 months ago.

                          OP- The d16a3 "brown top" version of the DOHC non vtec motor in the old tegs suck. The aftermarket support for that motor is slim to none, leave it in the old tegs.

                          That is unless you want to swap it in to a 1g crx or 3g civic, that's just balla.

                            The JDM "black top" ZC's can have some good potential though. They make great turbo motors for the money and are direct bolt-ins for EF's.
