I have a MN License, it has all kinds of bad driving violations on it, like careless driving, acouple speeding tickets 3-5 of them, and a no stop at a stop sign, it was one of those rolling stops if you know what i mean, and i recently moved to fargo so i was wondering if i switch my licence to ND which i am supose to anyway if all that goes away with the new license ??? let me know if you know anything thank you.

They won't go away, but seeing how you have a valid drivers license, you'll start over (sort of) with a clean ND license w/ no points lost. However, for insurance purposes they will stay on your driving record. At least that is my interpretation of what will happen.

lol why would past driving infractions simply go off your record just because you switched the state it was issued in?.......

Thanks for the views of everyone, my friend moved from Denver CO and got a ND license and his wrecklace driving and speeding tickets were not seen by his new insurance company. So i had to ask and see if anyone would know about the MN and ND situation.

Seeing as this is in RYM, you suck at driving.
