pumping Gas???
-
Idk if this has been talked about before or not but i just noticed something pretty funny while i was filling up gas last night. Well i happened to look up and see a red warning sign, at the end of the sign it stated.
"no one under the age of 16 allowed to pump gas"...???
now this is confusing and quite funny as i got my permit when i was 14 and recieved my licence 6 months after... now my question is, did the law change as to when ppl get there licence?, or is this gas station retarted to say that for 1.5-2 yrs beginner drivers must have someone else pump gas for them?
discuss....

And as for the sign, I'm sure they just print them with 16 as the minimum age because that is what the minimum driving age is in most civilized states.

I noticed those years ago when me and my cousins walked to a gas station filled a gas can and we were like 13-14. And this was in "The people's republic of Minnesota" most places could care less, just like filling up with premium from some BP's in MN that say for collector cars and off-road use only, pretty sure my car is neither but nobody says anything.

Back in arizona at the good ol' circle k gas station i would ride my go-kart over and fill it up and i was about 10-11 and i nevr had a problem? That was also 13 years ago too. Funny sign though,i wonder if some power trip cop has ever busted a kid pumping gas. I wonder what his court date would be like? lol
