How good would the stuff be for the frame on a trailer?

I have a couple pieces of equipment that could use some paint, please check pricing and availability on a 55 gallon drum.

It is great. The frame won't rust again if you put the POR15 on it. We had a trailer bumper that was rusty and we used POR15 on it. It hasn't rusted since.
