Something like that happend to a friend of mine 2 years ago last week. Thing is he was driving under the speed limit and wearing a helmet. He was on his way to get the title of the bike signed over to his cousin, because in quote "If I keep this thing i'll probably end up killing myself with it." He was going down a county road with his dad following a ways behind him, and as he was going by the stock yards a truck with stock trailer turned in front of him, he layed the bike down and it went under the trailer and he hit it...it had killed him instantly.

Actually, he kicked them off in a fit of joy. I wonder if he puked shards of his own pelvis though?

Seriously though, it shows that no matter how good a rider is, it only takes that one mess up that one one to end it all.
