Car is rust free, and willing to bet he blew the SOHC and was going to do a SR swap.

                  And got his ass kicked.

Notice the extreme lift...and people wonder why I'm going CA over KA. Weight saving FTW.

I dunno about $2k. I hate coupes. But they're supposedly in demand over fastbacks so I could care less.

                        ^LOL!

and sorry to say it, torbs your wrong, the car is pretty much a 5-speed. there is not tranny in it, and there is a clutch pedal master and slave cylinder already installed, all it needs it the tranny and seals for the shifter.

By 'getting his ass kicked' I meant that he fell victim to one of 2 things:

Spent all his cheese on everything else and couldn't get a motor (asskicking on the wallet)

                          or B

Was going to swap in the SR, and realized he has no wrenching skills, and then tried to pay someone to do it. Refer back to option 1.

personally i think it'd look A LOT better if the sideskirts were on it. The bumper looks outa place w/o the sideskirts there...idk...i think it looks like a good buy for whoever is looking for something like it.

And Faber OMG your right its almost a manual...but its still a auto shifter in the car so :p:

i dont see how spending $2k on a very nice shell is that bad of a deal...all the work is already done for ya...slap in a powertrain and you have a very nice car.

That car was WELL worth the 2k. stock s13 coupe sell in the cities for $4k. If they are clean, add a kit(not the best) and a very good paint job.....

The reason the shifter is still there is to seal the whole in the body, the parts to seal it 5-speed cannot be installed with out the tranny in the car. and look at the pics, skirts are on in some of the pics and not in others. Only the fenders and the rear bumper are fully installed. Skirts were just mounted to show what they look like, pics with out them show the paint job was done right, not just getting a kit to cover a bad body.

Again, I agree with Jon. The car is worth $2k. I just don't see myself paying that since I can pick up a running one for less that might need some work and it won't have anyone else's ideas already thrown into it.

Jon, you should buy it, drop a motor in it, and make some $$.
