ok i know its been on here before but i forogt and saw him tonight and am just curious, who is the guy that drives the mustang with the wing and the green underslow?

donot know if it was a drop top or not, but on friday at Ness auto on 45th there was a green stang with a nice color green paint job with wing and so on that was next to the building with someone taking pics of it.
was not feeling anything besides the green...then again i am not a ford person.Monty
