I'm not always the most mature person, but I would still like to be a moderator. That and I think ( Or at least hope ) I did a good job ( No matter how small ) as one.

Why is it such a big deal anyways? The people that post in the marketplace and cartech get their questions answered or ideas from others when asked...isnt that what this thing is for? The rest is not exactly geared to serious car talk anyways. There are really only two sections on this forum for real informational chat if you think about it. What do you expect us to fill the rest of it with? It dont recall you making very many helpful contributions the site, no more then anyone else has anyways. Why dont you set a good example and post something constructive instead of calling everyone an asshat?

anyway one other thing i was thinking would be nice is if we had fargostreet get togethers. me and some other guys on here are new to fargo and don't really know anyone. i was thinking if everynow and then we could have a gaming night or we could go cruising (winter beaters or not), or just hanging out, because i know a couple people on here but not a lot and it would be nice just to match some faces with posts. we could even have name tags that have our sign in name and real name lol j/k

What I meant was, what is there to talk about on the other ten headings that do not say cartech and marketplace? cosmetics and all the others are not going to get much positive car related facts, figures, or ideas in my opinion.

I love FargoStreet. I log on every morning as soon as I get to work and it provides a great form of entertainment almost every day. I think the changes will serve a well intended purpose. As long as no classified threads get whored and flaming is kept in the proper threads, things can only improve. However, smack talk is still my favorite part of Jim's site so I hope it doesn't disappear altogether.
edit I forgot a few other things-

1. Please leave personal hatred for someone outside of threads in any section. If you personally don't like someone, fine, but keep it between you and them. Air your dirty laundry out somewhere else.
2. Personal attacks on who bought so-and-so's car are uncalled for. The only reason to bring this sort of thing up is jealousy and self pity.
