Filling No2 Bottles

I was just wondering who fills No2 Bottles and where??

Last time I filled mine was at Tintmasters in Fargo for $5 /lb. That was before they moved locations though... I would assume they still fill them however.
I dunno about the Grand Forks area... but if you're ever in Brainerd, I know of a couple of places there though.
