Yeah I heard that peoples anti-virus had been detecting stuff... the script I found was pointing to beststat.com/in.cgi or some shit... But I don't think it was a real trojan, maybe just an incomplete script that was loading...
Anyway, apparently it was a flaw in some Java stuff, so its all fixed now.

it looked liked a compromise to me. Wanted to install an active-X control over here. The page source was inflated to look blank if you viewed it (without noticing scroll bars), and then there was a chunk of javascript at the bottom that was also highly obfuscated.
