shelby gt 500

seen it on 13th ave, it was a new mustang with the gt 500 kit, had the whole body kit, grills, lights, wheels, vents on the rear windows and everything, out of state plates, anyone else see it?

Silver or Gray? Saw one a week or two ago going down 25th. I did get close enough to see it had out of state plates, red white and blue, like South Dakota or Idaho style.

the one i seen was silver with black stripes, i think it had sd or idaho plates also.. older guy driving it

a doctor here in valley city has a blue one he just got it not to long ago 2 weeks maybe.

wierd. here in TRF there are multiple shelbys. all on the ford dealers lot though.
outside they have a standard issue mustang and a white shelby GT with gray/silver stripes.
inside they have a gt500 old school and gt500 new school.

Apparently there's the Shelby GT500, and then just a Shelby GT. The black one w/ silver stripes in Grand Forks is one of the Shelby GT. So it may have the look but doesn't pack the SAME punch as a GT500.

yeah, i think everyone is thinking of the shelby gt...not the gt500..

the gt500 kit is like 80k...plus the price of the car.

there was a shelby GT500 yellow with white stripes at classic cars of fargo on main and 25th. Stick was 80k

MSRP on a GT500 coupe is $40k with dealer markup when the first came out pushing them to $60k.

no, you buy the car.

You don't go pick up a mustang and throw body parts on it.. it's an entirely re-engineered car... New motor (5.4L 4V in place of the GT's 4.6L 3V), Eaton Blower with Air/Water IC, a T56 not available in the GT...

I've seen a red one with white stripes on 25th a couple weeks ago. A guy down the road back home has a new GT500 and also a Ford GT, and a friend of the family's has a 67 Shelby GT500.

this weekend in warroad at the car show i went to there was a shelby GT. base price plus shelby treatment came to 48,000 this was just a GT.
i have a couple pics, but have not uploaded them anywhere yet.
