a few of my coworkers have XM/Sirius and I haven't heard one station worth paying for yet. I'm not going to pay JUST to hear howard stern swear and have no commercials.

Does anyone know if xm still has the 10 free channels or whatever it is now? Haven't had my tuner hooked up in a while and not on the road enough to pay $ for tunes, but I am going out of town this weekend and going to the less populated Walker area. I'm guessing their radio is less than par.

Both XM and Sirius are pretty good. After using both I'd say Sirius is a little better.

yeah thats what im looking for. but before i have you get ahold of one of those for me do you know if you can get just that rca cable it comes with? the skifi3 has a built in fm transmitter to play it on your car stereo adn thats all it comes with, and i hate those things. they give terrible sound quality. so i was going to see if i could use the rca cable from the home kit to hard wire it to my cd player? i dont wanna have to buy 2 home kits for it tho.

and if i cant get it hard wired i might return it for one that can be. so i wont get that home kit until i find out some more about hard wiring it. kinda of a ramble but any help with this is appreciated
