Was hot as a pig out there, was fun spectating a little but everyone was down on HP a bit, and the track got greasy from the heat it seemed. There was a pretty quick GTP and some grey 4-door regal that was pretty quick too. Oh, and the MWB car that ran 7's wasn't too bad either.

Notable slow cars: White camaro with ricer wing, some black/orange sentra with body kit stuff

Grey regal is the owner of Big Boy Performance in the cities. His previouse best is 12.4 with less done than he had at the track today.

Not bad for a 4 door grandpa car.

If I had a camaro that ran 17's I think i'd have to hang myself. I think that sentra is a DL car...at least it looks like the kind of car that'd come from down there. That one drag car was pretty sweet though.

The camaro has a 3.4L v6. Probably the most craptastic engine ever put in the camaro (aside from the 2.8L v6).

                    A 2.8L camaro? COME ON!!!

The DA in the afternoon was 4200.

My 14.6@95mph corrected turned out to be a 13.8@100mph

There is no point for that car to exist.

there were 4 GM W-Bodies that were taking on the track.
Ben in the 02 regal GS just a few things done ;o), but as with everyone the heat was killing times. did not make it into the 12's, but ran many just above 13 mark. he is really looking forward to cooler weather to see what it can do. his PB was done last fall when it was cool.
Mike in the red 4dr 00 or 01 GTP. best of 14.08. though he was hoping for a 13 sec pass before he put Ben's slicks on.
                            both of them are intercooled.
Me in the 02 40th Anniversary Edition GTP. stock as can be. even with the heat i managed to score a couple of 14's. most were 15.1 though. best of 14.86 at 95.66 so i am happy with that. now i have a baseline to go from.
a black 4dr GTP not sure where he was from though. he ran a 14.2.

so i was pretty excited to score some 14's.

by chance did anyone get any pics of me in the lanes?
if so PM me so i can get the pics.
                            thanx
