That is some fucked up shit! I couldnt imagine what went through their heads to think that would be a good time. Kids should be pulling wings off flys and setting them on fire with a magnafying glass........NOT DOGS!

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you take the wall with you -
