Pracs Fireworks - July 11, 2007

Pracs did a huge fireworks display tonight and I went over there with my roommates. It is definitely difficult telling if the shots turned out or not at night on the camera LCD.

Camera is a Canon 30d, lens is a Canon 50mm f/1.4 USM.

yeah i went to pick up my check at pracs today and had to park like 2 blocks away it was so packed in that area

I watched them from my deck and i have to say that i was impressed! I guess the guy who did them was the best pyrotechnic in the country.

I was picking up traffic from Cass County Sheriff's office on my pager... regional dispatch said they were getting quite a few complaints as soon as it started.

People would complain. It was one of the best fireworks shows I've seen in years.

That's two nights in a row I could hear fireworks from my apartment in South Fargo. The night before, they were blowing them off at the Northern League All Star game. Wish I would have remembered to go watch these.

Our apartment was RIGHT next to the fireworks, so we got a pretty good view.

I could see the show all the way on 70th ave north in Moorhead so it must have been a good show, but was it better than the shows Pyrotechnic Guild puts on at the fairgrounds?

I was in a appts right next to pracs and wow, i didnt know they were going to go off...pretty soon BOOM BOOM BOOM scared the shit outta me right away, but it was a damn good showing, shook the whole building too!

It was one of the best I have scene in this area in a long time. A bunch of us where outside by the apartments.

i live just in the apartments south of pracs and it was a good view. it was funny seeing some of the sparks still falling and hitting cars in the parking lot!
