Small cargo trailer for car or motorcycle

I'm posting this for my mom. Its a small cargo/luggage trailer that my dad had built to pull behind his Goldwing. He had maybe used it for about 50 miles at most. It accepts a 1 7/8" ball, has a 4 pin trailer wiring harness, and its in perfect shape, just a little dusty from sitting. Asking $650 OBO. PLEASE PLEASE spread this around if you possibly can, she needs it out of the way. It's located in Minot but could maybe be brought to Fargo in a couple weeks.
