WTB: Altell and Verizon phone....

I have a buddy who dropped his phone in the lake and is looking for any altell phone because he doesnt want to buy a new one...also looking for a decent verizon phone.

I've got one of these with wall charger and I think I have a car charger as well, I need to double check. I have the box with paperwork but not with me.
Phone is exactly like the one on the link but is a couple years old and have a couple dings from being used but works perfectly.
